Hello! Tomorrow night I will be heading to the Capital of the World, New York! I will be there for 5 days, feeding my inspiration with new experiences, food, shows, everything. This is a month of endings. I just finish my first year in culinary school, thus the photo above representing my last exam (pork medallions with sherry vinegar sauce, warm cabbage salad and glazed sweet potatoes =D). The most perfect final episode of The Office that was last thursday, making me cry with every wonderful quote and Micheal Scott's appearance. New Girl's season finale, Nick ♥ Jess, that's all I need to say. But in all this endings comes new beginnings, since fortunately I will be going to New York next week for the first time!!! So maybe this is not a sad month after all =D

Sometimes we are not the wisest people when it comes to giving our self gifts. And we need to realize that no matter how good something looks, sometime it does not have a lasting impression.

Hello happy people!

I want to thank everyone for their kind words on my last post, it really means a lot =) Things are changing a lot for me but I know every little piece will find its way to fill the empty holes on my messy puzzle.

And as for my outfit, I wore it for college last week when the weather was bearable. But now I got to prepare my high waisted shorts, sleeveless blouses and floral dresses since its getting hotter and hotter by the day. Welcome Spring!

I wore this outfit yesterday when I went on a little date, with my mom, to the Crepe Maker, a very lovely restaurant where they sell very delicious and healthy crepes. High waisted shorts are filling my closet with love. I've been wearing them nonstop and with the hot weather getting closer and closer, I know they will be perfect for my spring/summer wardrobe.
